BILINGUALSEARCH.COM. USING BILINGUALSEARCH.COM INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS ('TERMS'), DO NOT USE BILINGUALSEARCH.COM.

The resume database maintained by Bilingualsearch.com is limited to registered users of Bilinqualsearch.com and is not to be used by anyone other than a registered user. A registered user is a user of Bilingualsearch.com who has been assigned as user number and password by Bilingualsearch.com. Use of a user number and password by anyone other than the person to whom the user number and password has been assigned will result in cancellation of that user number and password without refund of any monies paid to Bilingualsearch.com or agreed to be paid to Bilingualsearch.com. In the event you become aware that another individual is in possession of your user number or password, you agree to inform Bilingualsearch.com as soon as is practical of that fact, and a new user number and password will be assigned to you. Bilingualsearch.com also reserves the right to change your user number and password periodically, provided sufficient notice is provided to you.

Any use by you of resumes posted on the Bilingualsearch.com website will be solely for your recruitment purposes, and such resumes will be maintained by you in confidence and not published, distributed, shared or otherwise disclosed to others.

Any monies paid by you to Bilingualsearch.com or agreed by you to be paid to Bilingualsearch.com shall not be refundable, even in the event you terminate your agreement with Bilingualsearch.com prior to expiration of the agreement term. In addition, if any amount due to Bilingualsearch.com by you goes uncollected, Bilingualsearch.com shall be entitled to charge a late fee of 1.5% per month (or, in the alternative, the maximum amount permitted by law if less than 1.5% per month) of all uncollected amounts.

In the event any or the terms and conditions set out herein is breached by you, Bilingualsearch.com shall have the right to suspend or terminate your use of Bilingualsearch.com, without recourse and without the right to refund of any monies paid or due to be paid to Bilingualsearch.com. If the breach is one that is capable of being cured, you shall have fifteen (15) days within which to cure the breach, in which case any suspension of your use of Bilingual.com shall be lifted. In the event Bilingualsearch.com is obliged to take legal action as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions by you, or due to any other action by you, you agree to indemnify Bilingualsearch.com for all damages, whether foreseeable or not, suffered by Bilingualsearch.com as a result of your breach or other action, as well as all reasonable attorneys' fees and costs arising therefrom.

Use of Bilingualsearch.com constitutes a license to Bilingualsearch.com to use, distribute, publish and reproduce any and all materials your provide, including your name and logo in connection with the services provided by Bilingualsearch.com. However, Bilingualsearch.com shall not be liable for any failure to make available to others any materials you provide due to conditions beyond its immediate control, but shall use its best efforts, subject to reasonable commercial concerns, to remedy any such conditions at the earliest possible time. In addition, you shall have not recourse against Bilingualsearch.com for any improper use of your materials or infringement of your proprietary rights by third parties or arising out of the unauthorized access to Bilingualsearch.com or unauthorized use of such materials or proprietary rights by third parties.
